The Canadian Fire Services Exemplary Services Medal

This medal is awarded by the Governor General of Canada in recognition of 20 years of meritorious service to public security in Canada.

Jim Davidson was an active member of the department from 1980 until illness prevented him from participating in department activities. He served as firefighter, captain, deputy chief and association president and was made an honourary member for his outstanding service.
