B. C. Volunteer Fire Fighters Association Annual Seminar May 2004 The BCVFFA annual seminar was held in Oliver, BC. Six members of the Otter Point Volunteer Fire Department attended; Doug Brown, Duane Corbin, Trevor Davidson, Ron Morton, James Richardson and Jackson Wagner. The topics and activities included: vehicle extrication, water rescue, confined space rescue, propane fires, using foam for interface fires, first aid, high angle rescue, incident command, fire fighter challenge and fire works safety.
