Polar Bear Swim, New Years Day 2006 Every News Years Day, Otter Point Fire Fighters Association sponsor a swim at Whiffen Spit Park in Sooke. Hope to see you at next years event , come to swim or just to watch.

Below left, waiting for the cannon....last one in gets the coldest.. or maybe it is the last one out and of course there is always the die hards who just love swimming in the middle of winter
